The employees of Orde Day Care are expected to treat families in a courteous and professional manner. Families are also expected to treat staff in a courteous and professional manner. If family members have a concern that they wish to discuss with an employee, it is expected that the family member do so in a polite and supportive fashion. Under no circumstances should the discussion of this nature take place in front of children or in a disruptive manner. If a family member has a complaint, which requires some time for discussion, the family member can request an appointment with the Site Supervisor.
