Toronto District School Board school buildings will be closed on December 24, December 27 and December 31, 2010 in lieu of the statutory holidays – Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.

We have been forced to revise our holiday schedule: please see schedule below.

December 20-23 Centre is open
December 24, 2010 Centre is closed in lieu of Christmas Day
December 27, 2010 Centre is closed in lieu of Boxing Day
December 28-30, 2010 Centre is open
December 31, 2010 Centre is closed in lieu of New Years Day
January 3, 2010 Centre and school are open

We recognize the inconvenience this may cause our families and staff, and have voiced our concerns to the Toronto District School Board

We would like to thank both our parents and staff in advance for their cooperation with this change.

close to $3,000 raised

Thank you to all who supported and attended our first annual Silent Auction – Orde Night Out.  We had a wonderful turn out, got to mingle with familiar and not so faces, and raised money for our kids.

The silent auction was a complete success with close to everything being sold above minimum bid.

We thank you for your support and encouragement.

Orde’s Night Out – 2 days left !!!

Orde Parents, Caregivers, Friends & Staff –  come to Orde’s 1st Annual Silent Auction!

WHEN: Friday, October 22, 7:30 pm

WHERE: The Ossington, located at 61 Ossington Avenue (just north of Queen). www.theossington.com.

COST: $20 per person – includes a complimentary glass of Prosecco and light refreshments.

PAYMENT: Please bring cash or cheques to pay for your silent auction items.

Proceeds will help to fund naturally sourced toys and playground equipment and help Orde Daycare kids “Play it Green.”
